Apolipoprotein A1, or ApoA1, is a protein,
It helps HDL-cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol, move in your bloodstream. Since ApoA1 helps “good” cholesterol that improves your heart’s health, they are good too. So, a higher level of ApoA1 is better.
