How can I change my health plan?

The health plan cannot be changed after it has been bought. However, you may cancel your plan within 14 days of purchase. If you decide to do so, please contact us (support@nightingalehealth.com). If we have already sent you the Livit Blood Collection Kit by the time of your cancellation, a refund requires that you return the kit unopened in its original packaging once you receive it.
