You may cancel your plan within 14 days of purchase. If you decide to do so, please contact us (support@nightingalehealth.com or by using the form available here: https://ngh.app/livit/cancel). If we have already sent you the Livit Blood Collection Kit by the time of your cancellation, a refund requires that you return the kit unopened in its original packaging once you receive it.
