"Apolipoprotein B, or ApoB, is a protein.
It holds particles inside “bad” cholesterol molecule together and helps them move via your blood. Since “bad” cholesterols that harm your arteries and heart are attached to ApoB, they are bad for your heart. So, a lower level of ApoB is better for you.
