Try out the new Livit by Nightingale Health service and take the sample at home

Nightingale Health’s blood test is also available through the new Livit by Nightingale Health service, which is based on a finger-prick blood sample taken at home. Livit’s unique results tell about your body’s ability to avoid diseases in four different health areas: Heart, Metabolism, Mind, and Immunity.

Please note that the way the results are presented is different from My Nightingale, and the results are not directly comparable with each other.

Order Terveystalo + Nightingale Well-being Membership (available in Finnish)

Going forward, you can order a service similar to My Nightingale through Terveystalo. As a Terveystalo + Nightingale member you will receive the results of new measurements in Terveystalo’s own Terveystalo app. The app includes information on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental well-being to support you with lifestyle changes.

The service is available in 14 Terveystalo laboratories across Finland: Kamppi (Helsinki), Tripla (Helsinki), Itäkeskus (Helsinki), Iso Omena (Espoo), Tapiola (Espoo), Pulssi (Turku), Rautatienkatu (Tampere), Aleksanterinkatu (Lahti), Väinönkatu (Jyväskylä), Albertinkatu (Oulu), Asemakatu (Kuopio), Brahenkatu (Lappeenranta), Lääkäritalo (Pori), and Vapaudentie (Seinäjoki).
