A fasting blood sample gives the most accurate results that reflect your long-term health and wellbeing. There are several individual biomarkers (such as glucose, triglycerides) that can give inaccurate results if you eat or drink before the blood draw. Therefore, we recommend you to fast for 10-12 hours before your blood draw appointment at Nightingale Nest.
