There is no general recommendation for how often you should test your blood. It all depends on your goals and how much you change your lifestyle in between the tests. If your goal is to maintain your health, we recommend taking a test every six months. If you are actively trying to make a change in your lifestyle and want to see how your actions affect your health, you can consider taking the second test 1-3 months after the first one.
