Most medications are unlikely to affect your blood test results. However, there are a few medications that may influence some of the biomarkers My Nightingale measures. For instance, lipid-lowering drugs like statins may improve your cholesterol balance score and related biomarkers, whereas, diabetes medication may have an impact on blood sugar (glucose).

Keeping that in mind, you can still use My Nightingale to track your metabolic health and to see effects of lifestyle change.
