If blood stays stuck on the red funnel, try creating a large blood drop and let it drop into the funnel. You can touch the funnel with the blood drop on you finger to help it fall into the funnel. When there is enough blood it will flow into the device.

You can also gently tap or tilt the device to help the drops flow into the tubes. Send the device back to us even if all the tubes won’t fill.
