Why won’t the tubes fill?

If the tubes are not filling, it most likely means that you do not have enough blood in the device. Once you’ve pricked your finger, massage your hand to create large blood drops and let them drop into the device.

If you know there is blood in the device but the tubes are not filling, you may gently tap or tilt the device to help the blood drops to flow into the tubes. If needed, you can touch the funnel with the blood drop to help it fall into the funnel. Send the device back to us even if all the tubes won’t fill.
